Wintec Circle
I wrote website copy for the newly-formed Wintec Circle, an association for Waikato Institute of Technology alumni, to explain the function of the Circle as well as the benefits of joining.
LV Park
LV Park, a Hamilton-based home building company, needed new copy to persuade potential customers to choose them over the many other building companies around.
Photographique
Photographique are Auckland-based wedding and portrait photographers, who asked me to create shiny new copy to go with their brand-new website design.
Fetch! magazine article
This is a story I wrote for New Zealand dog magazine, Fetch!, about the many benefits of adopting older dogs. Dogs and animals are one of my favourite topics, and it was great fun to write.
The Outdoor Media Association of New Zealand (OMANZ)
OMANZ is the professional industry body for outdoor media display companies. I completed the copy for this site after it had already been started, matching the style and tone, and ensuring that the copy was friendly, yet professional.
Alsynite
Alsynite, a Hamilton-based manufacturer and provider of roofing, asked me to proofread and edit the copy for their newly redesigned site.
Ntrofi
I wrote copy for the home page and 'home users' page on this site, which sells password creation software that's designed to help users create strong passwords that they can actually remember. The copy needed to be persuasive, without it seeming as though we were just trying to scare people into purchasing the product.
What’s Fresh
What's Fresh is a resource for New Zealand shoppers to learn about seasonal produce. I wrote all the copy on this site in a friendly, informal style, while ensuring the copy was informative.
Indepth Forensic
This Hamilton-based firm of forensic accountants needed copy that helped visitors understand how the company could help, and which kept them on the site. The copy is easy to understand for a layperson, and provides compelling reasons to choose Indepth Forensic for financial services.
Versus Research
I rewrote the copy for each page on this site for a New Zealand market research company. The new copy matches the feel of the site design, and provides the information a potential client might look for, without providing too much confusing technical detail.
Dogasaur
This US-based social networking site for dogs needed copy for its Facebook application page. I provided brief, succinct copy for the application, describing the site for Facebook users.
Forever Young
I rewrote the ‘Procedures’ pages to create original, search engine-optimised copy with a consistent format, giving potential clients important information in a way that is easy to follow.
k-Bee Leotards
When this website was redesigned in November 2008, I rewrote most of the existing copy, including search engine optimisation, metadata, and creating a consistent style.
